The JKLS Africa Legal Consultancy
Be clear that we are not a law nor a security firm and most certainly not interested in debt collection in any form or shape. We are highly experienced legal advisors, geared to reduce legal risk in the South African business environment. We protect our esteemed clients against the many legal risks encountered in business by using a unique approach combined with out of the box thinking and thereby creating cost-effective tailor-made solutions based on decades of experience. Our pricing is unmatched by any competitor and we believe in personalized treatment of clients. We must know and understand our clients’ requirements as each is unique, there is no such thing as “one package fits all.” We look at each as an individual apart. Further, we also conduct briefings on how to survive as a hostage in Africa, a highly specialized part of Forensic Law few understands. Because of our legal & police backgrounds, we are able to advise on law and security matters in South Africa & Nigeria and frequently do so. We travel extensively and meet the client at his offices for security reasons as well as convenience. No telephone numbers are given on this website to prevent spammers becoming a nuisance, please complete the Contact Form - we reply promptly after the message reaches us.

What we do is secretive and we don't want the entire world to know who we assisted. There are many good reasons, commercial and also security concerns for our decision never to reveal clients on the website. Sufficient to say that we helped from multinationals to individuals. Everyone who travels to Africa, missionaries, businessmen, aid workers and even state officials are at risk. We offer our unique skills and knowledge to all. If you do business in Africa or have employees here, you need to talk to us to protect your interests. We can help you avoid costly mistakes. We pride ourselves in being unorthodox in JKLS Africa, we solve problems, give cost effective solutions and we are not for everyone because of that. If you wish to do boring, go to one of the major law firms, they will help you in their way.
